At Youforia Danscool, we offer twelve classes per month in each fitness batch. Clients can choose batches based on timing, trainer, or fitness style.We welcome you to take our trial classes which are free of cost. Clients are requested to wear comfortable exercise clothing like track pants, T-shirts, shoes and socks. Please inform the instructor about any recent medical injury, surgery or illness. Pregnant ladies and persons with cardiac illness need to obtain clearance certificate from their doctors.

Physical exercise accompanied by lively music with stretching, strength training using dumb bells and elastic bands, aerobic steppers, circuit training, floor exercises. As Youforia Danscool is a dance school, there is always an element of dance incorporate into every fitness class. So it is never repetitive or boring. It is always performed to catchy music practiced in a group setting led by an instructor/fitness professional. With the goal of preventing illness, and promoting physical fitness, practitioners perform various routines comprising a number of different dance like exercises.

Formal aerobics classes are divided into different levels of intensity and complexity. A well-balanced aerobics class will have five components: warm-up (5-10mintes), cardio vascular conditioning (25-30mintes), muscular strength and conditioning (10-15mintes) cool-down (5-8mintes) and stretching and flexibility (5-8mintes).
